LON: Head of Sales, UK & Ireland – AI Video SaaS

Location: London (3 days a week on-site) - Hybrid Compensation: £220K Base - £350K OTE + equity

Step into a pivotal role at a fast-scaling AI consultancy and product house, partnering with global enterprises and blue-chip tech firms to build and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This is an opportunity to directly shape product direction and engineering standards, while engaging in hands-on leadership in a flat, high-performing team.


🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead the UK/I Accounts team, maximizing ARR via enterprise landing-and-expanding with our highest-value customers - Own and deliver a steady pipeline of large, strategic opportunities—instilling pipeline-generation ownership across the organization - Refine and implement enterprise account strategies, elevating our relationships and reach with key and executive-level decision-makers - Partner with Talent and SVP Sales to recruit and develop world-class senior sellers - Foster a team culture rooted in performance, learning, and high growth - Drive collaboration with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless go-to-market experience and exceptional customer engagement - Actively coach and mentor sales reps, enabling them to exceed ambitious targets and negotiate complex deals - Optimize their sales playbooks, processes, and methodologies with learnings that raise the bar across the org - Take a hands-on approach to supporting and closing top-tier enterprise contracts

🧩 Must haves

- Proven leadership: Multiple years guiding enterprise sales teams in a high-growth SaaS environment - Experience managing teams carrying $1M+ quotas, winning, expanding, and retaining large, complex organizations - Direct B2B SaaS sales success: A personal track record of exceeding targets and closing marquee accounts - Passion for first-line management: Proactive, motivational style with a bias for action - Value-driven sales background; familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies - History scaling, recruiting, and retaining high-performing sales teams - Experience navigating hyper-growth, with a record of thriving amid rapid change - Strong executive credibility and outstanding communication (verbal & written English)

🧠 Nice to have (bonus points) - Exposure to the AI, MarTech, or Video SaaS sectors - Cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) collaboration experience - Experience updating and evangelizing sales playbooks at org-wide scale - Connections within enterprise customer networks (FTSE 250, Global 2000, etc.)
