🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

Building the backbone of global trading: Exchange protocol encoders, real-time systems, and trading infrastructure so efficient it borders on sci-fi.
Tweaking strategies to perfection: Collaborate with quant researchers and push fully automated strategies from idea to production in 24 hours.
Owning performance at scale: Threading, memory, latency - every microsecond counts.

🧩 Must haves

Proven production-grade C++ skills (3+ years)
Sharp understanding of multithreading, OS internals & low-latency networks
BSc in Computer Science or related field
A strong handle on algorithms, data structures & performance

🧠 Nice to have (bonus points)

Experience with Python
Experience across levels of abstraction - including single VM operations through to large distributed systems
Curiosity > credentials: Finance experience is valuable for ramp up not not required
